We want you to be satisfied with WaChat to PDF. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for each of our paid plans.
Unlimited Monthly Subscription
30-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your Unlimited Monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund, contact us at support@wachattopdf.com with the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. If you no longer wish to be billed, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Pay Per Export
No refunds once processed: Pay Per Export purchases ($4.99 per conversion) are non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and made available for download.
This is because the conversion is a one-time digital service that is immediately fulfilled upon purchase. The costs of server-side processing, storage, and encryption are incurred at the time of conversion.
Exception: If the conversion fails due to a technical error on our end and you did not receive a downloadable PDF, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-attempt. Contact us within 7 days of the failed conversion.
How to Request a Refund

- 4Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle
Cancellation
You may cancel your Unlimited Monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends.
