Office note · About

Conversation evidence deserves more care than a folder of screenshots.

WaChat to PDF turns exported conversations into records that are easier to read, review, preserve, and discuss with the people who need them.

Built for clarityPrivacy · Context · Integrity

Important agreements, warnings, instructions, and admissions increasingly live inside messaging apps. When a dispute or handover begins, the conversation has to become usable outside the phone.

A text file is difficult to navigate. Screenshots fragment the chronology and can omit context. This product reconstructs the conversation, lets the user define its scope, and creates a consistent reading copy.

The professional pipeline can add Bates page numbers, a SHA-256 file hash, redaction, certificate templates, and structured JSON. Those features make preparation and review more disciplined; they do not decide whether evidence is admissible.

Processing statement

Privacy is a visible mode, not a vague promise.

Browser mode

The source stays on the device.

Parsing, previewing, and client PDF generation happen locally. No account is required for the basic path.

Server mode

The source is submitted deliberately.

Professional processing uses temporary storage, background rendering, and expiring downloads. Uploaded conversations are not used for advertising or model training.

Meaning of “court-ready”

Document features, not a legal guarantee.

The term describes structured presentation, sender attribution, timestamps, page numbering, and optional integrity material. Admissibility depends on jurisdiction, authentication, the facts, and the tribunal. This software does not replace legal advice.

Editorial responsibility

Guides are written and maintained by the builder.

Sami Ullah builds the product and writes its guides on export workflows, document integrity, and evidence preparation. Legal-topic material is researched against primary sources and carries a clear limitation: consult a qualified lawyer for advice on a specific case.
