Questions

Does the free version upload my conversation?

No. Browser mode reads the export and creates the PDF on your device. Free browser exports are watermarked and subject to the product message and file limits.

When should I choose Server mode?

Choose Server mode when you need paid tools such as automatic redaction, Bates page numbers, integrity details, audio tools, or structured JSON. Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted from server storage within 24 hours.

Which conversation exports are supported?

You can import WhatsApp ZIP or text exports, Telegram Desktop JSON, Meta exports for Instagram and Messenger, DiscordChatExporter JSON, and iMessage CSV exported through iMazing.

Does a court certificate guarantee admissibility?

No. Certificates are self-service templates, not legal advice or a guarantee that a court will admit a document. Review local requirements and obtain legal advice where appropriate.
